2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
Enquiries and contact. We process the data you give us through the contact form or WhatsApp (name, email, and optionally company and phone number, plus the content of your message) to answer your enquiry, get in touch with you and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal or quote for your business. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Web analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie policy), we process browsing and usage data for the website, including pseudonymised identifiers where applicable, to understand how the website is used and to improve it. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie policy without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
3. Mandatory data
In the form, name, email and message are mandatory: without them we cannot handle your enquiry. The other fields are optional. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we need your phone number in order to reply.
4. Recipients
We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf as data processors: hosting and delivery of the website (Cloudflare), the system that receives and stores the forms (Railway) and email. If you accept analytics, Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) also take part. We will only disclose data to authorities or public bodies where there is a legal obligation.
5. WhatsApp
If you write to us on WhatsApp, we process your message and contact details to reply to you and, where appropriate, to manage the pre-contractual relationship. WhatsApp is a third-party service (Meta), which processes the conversation data under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. International transfers
Where necessary to provide certain services, international data transfers may take place. They will be carried out under the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR, including, where applicable, adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), standard contractual clauses or other valid safeguards. This may happen, for example, with Google and Microsoft if you accept analytics, or with other providers that process data outside the European Economic Area.

8. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and assess a possible proposal. If no relationship is entered into, it is kept until it is no longer needed for that purpose or you ask for its erasure; if a relationship is formalised, for its duration and afterwards, duly blocked, for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities that may arise. Analytics cookies last as stated in the Cookie policy, and data collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is kept according to the retention periods configured in each tool.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, nor do we carry out profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
10. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@provecto.app. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
